Occident International focuses on IT Warranty Upgrades on behalf of the major Hardware Manufacturers globally. Our principal activity is to help IT Managers keep a track on all their IT maintenance contracts to ensure that their companies do not suffer any business downtime. By tracking the warranties and warranty uplifts IT Managers can be rest assured that all their equipment is under manufacturer’s cover.
As soon as we have built your IT hardware database we will proactively contact you one month before your contracts or packaged service contracts expire. We can then offer you a Post Warranty / Extended Warranty on your hardware which in the vast majority of cases proves more cost effective than purchasing new equipment.
The packaged services which Occident International offers varies from IBM ServicePac to Lexmark Printer Warranty to HP Care Pack and indeed all manufacturer’s services and warranty upgrades.
Why the name Occident? The definition of the word is “West: the countries of Europe originally”. We are a heavily European based company and we employ native language speakers from all European countries. We do also sell and market ourselves globally but Europe currently contributes to 80% of our turnover.
