Occident International are specialists in the marketing and registration of Lexmark Guarantee Packs and Lexmark Services, including hardware warranty upgrades worldwide. 

Occident International has been contracted by Lexmark International to carry out this activity where 20 plus highly trained Account Executives from 12 different nationalities advise customers in their local language about Lexmark Guarantee Packs.

Occident register all Guarantee Packs with Lexmark on behalf of our customers and send the Lexmark Contract Certificate to the customer to ensure that both our customers and Lexmark can be 100% confident that all Guarantee Packs are registered accurately. The following year Occident will contact the customer in advance of expiry to ensure continuity of the Lexmark Guarantee Pack.

Occident International also offer a Guarantee Pack management service for our customers.  If we are provided with an inventory of Lexmark Model and Serial Numbers we are happy to verify the expiry dates of our customer’s current Lexmark hardware support and provide a reminder service to ensure that our customers benefit from continuous hardware support from Lexmark.
