New Printer:
A Lexmark Guarantee Pack can be purchased for up to 4 additional years on a printer that is less than one year old and under initial year warranty.

Under Warranty:
This refers to a printer on which an extension of the Lexmark Guarantee Pack (for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years) has been purchased at, or after, the purchase of the printer.  A Lexmark Guarantee Pack can be purchased for 1 additional year.

Post Warranty
This refers to a printer on which the support from Lexmark (either, initial year warrany or, Extended Lexmark Guarantee Pack) has expired.  A 1 year Lexmark Guarantee Pack can be purchased.  Lexmark will require a test page from your printer.  This can be forwarded to Occident International.
