What is covered by a Lexmark Guarantee Pack?

The Lexmark Guarantee Pack provides a cost-effective way to maintain your printer over time as it includes:

  • All labour costs 
  • Lexmark genuine parts 
  • Fitting of maintenance kits (when purchased through Lexmark Services) 
  • All call-out charges 

Minimise downtime thanks to a rapid and efficient repair service.

The Lexmark Guarantee Pack does not cover consumable parts.

What is the response time?

For all levels of service Lexmark make reasonable endeavours to respond on the Next Business Day

How do Occident International activate my Guarantee Pack?

Upon receipt of your order and payment Occident International register your Guarantee Pack with Lexmark.  Lexmark will then validate the Guarantee Pack and send a Contract Certificate to Occident International.  Occident International will then send the Contract Certificate to you the customer.  Occident International aims to remove all administrative uncertainty in the case of machine failure.

What is the process if I want to place a call with Lexmark?

In order to place a call with Lexmark please ensure you have the following information available:

  • Lexmark Model and Serial Number 
  • Description of the problem 
  • Exact wording of any error messages
