How do Occident International activate my Guarantee Pack?
Upon receipt of your order and payment Occident International register your Guarantee Pack with Lexmark. Lexmark will then validate the Guarantee Pack and send a Contract Certificate to Occident International. Occident International will then send the Contract Certificate to you the customer. Occident International aims to remove all administrative uncertainty in the case of machine failure.
