You can place an order for your Lexmark Guarantee Pack over the telephone.  Please call 0845 373 5959 and one of our highly trained account executives will be happy to assist you. 

• In order to place your order Occident International require your Model and Serial Number.  
• On provision of these details Occident International will check the expiry of your current support and send you a quote with all available Lexmark Guarantee Pack options included.
• If your machine has yet to expire Occident International will remind you of the expiry well in advance of the expiry date so that you can benefit from continuous support from Lexmark. (Please note: a Lexmark Guarantee Pack registered two months before expiry will run for the advertised number of years from the end of your current support.)
• Should you choose to accept the quote Occident International will send you an invoice on the same day.  Occident International accepts payment by Bank Transfer or cheque.
• Upon receipt of your payment Occident International will register the Lexmark Guarantee Pack with Lexmark on the same day
• Occident International complete the order by sending you the Lexmark Contract Certificate upon receipt of the Certificate from Lexmark.
