You can place an order for your Lexmark Guarantee Pack here on this website. Follow these steps:

• Search for your machine model type either by using the "Search" box or using the "Category" Navigation on the left side of the page.
• Click on the right Model type folder
• Select the right Service Level and choose "Add to Basket"  --> This is place the the item in the Shopping Basket (see left side of the page)
• View the status of your shopping basket by clicking the Shopping Basket Box
• You can add/delete items in the basket by changing the amount in the "amount" box and choosing "Update Basket"
• If you haven't already registered and logged in, you can do it now
• When you continue you will be informed that the Order Confirmation will be sent via email
  
• Occident International will send you an invoice on the same day.  Occident International accepts payment by Bank Transfer or cheque.
• Upon receipt of your payment Occident International will register the Lexmark Guarantee Pack with Lexmark on the same day
• Occident International complete the order by sending you the Lexmark Contract Certificate upon receipt of the Certificate from Lexmark.
