Refers to Lexmark printers on which any Lexmark Base Warranty or Lexmark Guarantee Pack extension previously taken out has expired. Lexmark customers can choose to place printers on which the Lexmark support has expired back under support from Lexmark.  Lexmark will require a test page from the printer. Occident International offers Lexmark Post-Guarantee support on printers on which the current Lexmark support has expired so that Lexmark customers who have allowed their hardware support to lapse can once again benefit from manufacturer support from Lexmark.
