Refers to Lexmark printers on which a Lexmark Guarantee Pack extension has been taken out.  At the end of the extended warranty period Lexmark customers can benefit by renewing their Lexmark hardware support for a further year. Occident International offers a renewal of the Lexmark Guarantee Pack on printers that have previously been extended to ensure that Lexmark customers can continue to benefit from manufacturer support from Lexmark after the expiry of the initial Lexmark Guarantee Pack extension.
